Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note: Personalized items require additional time to prepare and ship. It may take 4–5 additional business days after placing your order.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Delivery Time Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated by the individual shipping carriers and displayed at checkout. You as the customer get to choose the shipping carrier you feel will most likely be able to service your area. All timeframes provided by the shipping carriers are only estimates and may not reflect the actual total transit and delivery of the package. The shipping estimate also does not include the 1–2 business days it takes for us to ship.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries outside of the United States. Available destinations with shipping options will be shown at checkout. If your country does not have shipping options at checkout, we do not currently ship to that location.
International Shipping Rates and Delivery Time Estimates
Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and shown at checkout based on your order details and delivery location. For your international order, shipping costs include import duties, taxes, and other custom charges required by your country. These costs are determined by the custom authorities in the destination country and are beyond our control.
Please note that all delivery timeframes provided by FedEx are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, or unforeseen delays. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. The shipping delivery time estimates do not include our processing time of 1–2 business days before shipment.
How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven't received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@bikeathletic.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
