Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order at BIKE Athletic. We have created this return and exchange process to make your experience easy!
All online domestic order returns and exchanges must be completed through the Returns Portal.
Return Policy
Unworn or unwashed merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original order delivery if the original tags are still attached. We cannot accept items where tags have been removed.
Personalized items are final sale and cannot be cancelled, modified, or returned. This policy is also stated in the product details on each personalized product page.
Due to health regulations, jockstraps, underwear, and compression shorts removed from their original packaging, worn, or laundered cannot be returned.
Any items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged. Final Sale items are noted in the product details on a product page, in your shopping cart, and at checkout. Final Sale items will not be available for return or exchange in our online returns portal.
BIKE® monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and close accounts based on order or returns behavior.
Returns will incur a $6 return shipping label fee, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. There are no shipping fees for exchange orders.
How to Return an Item
Please have your order number (example: BA#12345) and email address or zip code and visit our returns portal. Select which item you wish to return from your order — you will be able to select additional items after a few questions.
Print the provided shipping label and packing slip, package your return, and drop it off at the post office. Your refund, minus the $6 return shipping fee, will be processed to your original form of payment once the package has shipped and begins tracking.
How to Exchange an Item for a Different Size or Color
Please have your order number (example: BA#12345) and email address or zip code and visit our exchange portal. Select the item you wish to exchange, and the new item you would like.
Print the provided shipping return label and packing slip, package your return, and drop it off at the post office. Your new package will ship when the original order begins tracking back to our warehouse.
International Returns
We currently ship to select destinations outside of the United States. At this time, all international orders are final sale and not eligible for returns.
Amazon Returns
All purchases made through Amazon must be returned through the Amazon return process. Please visit the Amazon site to complete your return.
Customer service inquiries are responded to Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM EST. Please allow at least 24 hours for a response.
